How do you reflect on your life experiences?
When you know you can do better, do you smile or snarl about what you should have done..?
How we respond can make all the difference, to how or if we propel forward.
A difference to not only ourselves, but to those around us. Especially those observing us to determine their future best practice.
Leadership ability is only possible through experience. The experience of life, observation and decision-making.
What choices do you make…?
Do you enable or do you find yourself distracted by those ‘opportunities for learning’ or what the less ‘mature’ might call mistakes..?
